What a FLAG ID is

One record that follows an athlete from youth flag through every level: test results, competition history, film, and development, with the story behind every number.

Measured, not claimed

Every result carries the date, surface, timing method, site, and the person who verified it.

Separated by source

Verified results, coach opinions, and athlete-reported information are never mixed together.

Private by default

Parent and guardian contact details are never published on a profile.

How a result gets verified

Every result on every profile carries one of four labels, from least to most verified.

  1. Athlete submitted

    The athlete or family entered the result. FLAG ID hasn’t seen the footage or the setup.

  2. Partner recorded, pending review

    A partner facility or event ran the test and sent the footage. A FLAG ID reviewer hasn’t confirmed it yet.

  3. VerifiedFacility

    Recorded at a partner facility under the standard protocol and confirmed by a FLAG ID reviewer.

  4. VerifiedEvent

    Recorded on site at a FLAG ID event under the standard protocol and confirmed by a reviewer.

For testing partners

Sports performance facilities run standardized testing for athletes in their area, submit the footage, and meet families who train nearby. Athletes are never charged for testing that appears on a FLAG ID profile.
